The CAD design team comes from goldsmith modelling at the working bench who are the key strength in solving the various technical problems in the creation of the jewel, as they combine practical experience with the technical knowledge of the Rhinoceros 3D software for CAD modelling.
The projects are the client's properties so once the work is concluded, the files will be deleted from our archives and delivered to the client to ensure total confidentiality.
The CAD design is followed by the execution of the prototype in aesthetic resin to show the original proportions and shapes of the model to proceed with the prototyping in micro cast wax or rubber resin, according to the client's requests.

Thanks to our great experience in this field RMG is capable to achieve excellent results with complex models both in resin and metal. The silicone rubber mould is made in a single vulcanized piece and then cut open with a scalpel to facilitate the execution of the model through the micro-fusion process.
The moulds are prepared with particular powders to prevent a single melting of the rubber to create a product with greater resistance for the reproduction of wax models.
